A marked trail of about 300 metres leads from the small car park to an 11-metre waterfall on the Varisjoki river. Set in spruce forest, the falls consist of several smaller drops.
The trail is easy to walk, but steep stairs near the falls have 134 steps. Facilities include a campfire site, table, benches, toilet, firewood shelter and waste bin. A hiking route of around 30 km from Kiannon Kuohut spa hotel also passes the falls.
