Founded in 1908, this multi-sport club has sections for skiing, volleyball, riding, Finnish baseball, orienteering and athletics. Its athletes have won world championship and Olympic medals in skiing, Nordic combined and biathlon.
There is a training area at Lintharju and a multi-use facility with an indoor riding arena at Vanhamäki. Discretionary financial support helps children and young people from low-income families participate. The club also works to reduce youth dropout and support immigrant children's integration through sport.
