Founded by Aili and Hannes Haara in 1946, the family company now focuses on making rinkeli, Finnish ring-shaped bakery products. The classic version has a smooth, shiny, golden-brown surface and can be eaten plain or customised with fillings. The range also includes bread-roll rings with poppy seeds or carrot.
The website shares recipes and traces the company's history as a bakery, restaurant, clothing shop and grocery retailer. Product distribution has expanded throughout Finland.
