Two villas and a lakeside sauna occupy a plot of over one hectare on Lake Päijänne. The villas sleep 12 guests with two extra places, with a seating area and outdoor kitchen between them. A meeting room for 12 has a projector, screen, large TVs, Blu-ray players and a flipchart. Other areas of the property can be used for group work.
The sauna overlooks the lake, where guests can swim. Group dinners can include crayfish or fish and game caught by a wilderness cook, using mainly local ingredients. The outdoor kitchen allows barbecuing and fish smoking. Sports activities can be arranged on the outdoor field, and local guides offer fishing trips and charter cruises. Kelvenne is about ten minutes away by boat. Extra accommodation can be arranged at Virtaan Kartano, roughly 15 minutes away by car. Accessible parking is available.
