Owned by a youth association, the building was completed in 1932. Its hall takes around 150 guests and the sauna section about 20. It hosts weddings, birthdays, meetings and exhibitions; the kitchen and serving areas were renovated in 2007.
Association clubs use it on weekdays, with outside hire at weekends. Around 150 chairs, 15 large tables and three small tables are available. Tableware for 150 can be hired, along with historical costumes from different decades. Parking is accessible.
