Sports massage is offered at Valmennuskeskus MTC in sessions of 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes, individually or in packages. The centre also has physiotherapists and an osteopathy student, and offers professionally administered XCRYO cold treatments.
The same centre provides a gym, group exercise, small-group and personal training, and online coaching. Massage appointments can be booked online. Payment is accepted by invoice, card, cash, Smartum, ePassi and Edenred. The entrance, toilet and car park are wheelchair accessible.
