Owned by a sports club, the lakeside event and holiday venue covers 4.7 hectares with about 300 metres of Lake Näsijärvi shoreline. Facilities include a villa with a kitchen and upstairs guest rooms, a guest cottage and an artificial-turf football pitch with service buildings. A log sauna dates from 1898, while a newer lakeside sauna has a meeting room.
Private individuals, companies and organisations can hire the venue for celebrations and events. Passenger boats can dock at its jetty. The grounds also provide recreation and accommodation for club members and host an annual children's camp.
