The allotment garden association's hall is rented for summer parties and events. It seats 100 guests at tables, with matching dining and coffee ware, kitchen cold storage and a stage.
Hire runs from May to mid-September; the hall is not rented in winter. Weekday day or hourly hire and weekend bookings are available. Tram 1 and buses serve the area. Parking uses a disc system.
