This branch of the Glohair chain offers hairdressing and barbering as well as cosmetology, make-up, massage, eyelash perming and sugaring. Cosmetology services are handled through a separate linked website. Staff are graded into three skill levels: Stylist is a recently qualified or newly joined hairdresser, Senior has at least 2 years of experience and Top at least 5 years. Each level requires passing a level exam, and the title is kept through yearly continuing training. The service tier depends on the stylist's level, and there are three tiers.
Appointments can be booked online. A booking can be cancelled or changed by phone 24 hours in advance or online 48 hours in advance. A late cancellation is charged at 70% of the service value. The car park is not wheelchair accessible.
