The salon group grades its staff as Stylist, Senior or Top according to experience, training, qualifications and competition achievements. Each level requires a test and annual further training. Senior requires at least two years in the industry and Top at least five.
Appointments can be cancelled or changed by phone at least 24 hours ahead, or online at least 48 hours ahead. The entrance provides wheelchair access.
