This hair salon group runs a three-level staff qualification system: Stylist, Senior and Top. Stylist level is for newly qualified or newly hired stylists who have passed the level test. Senior requires at least two years of experience and passing the Senior test, and Top requires at least five years in the trade and a demanding level test. A stylist's level depends on years in the trade, further training, further qualifications and competition achievements, and each level requires a set amount of training every year to keep the title.
There are three service lists, and the stylist's level affects what a service costs. Appointments can be cancelled or changed by phone at least 24 hours ahead, or online at least 48 hours ahead. A late cancellation or no-show is charged at 70% of the service. Seating, car park, entrance and toilet are all wheelchair accessible.
