The shared workspace for creative and knowledge work offers hot desks and fixed personal desks on monthly agreements. Alongside the open-plan area are a separate meeting room, kitchen, toilets and phone booth. Fibre Wi-Fi, a multifunction printer and office equipment are provided.
The space is for quiet work, so activities such as telephone sales, sewing and playing instruments are unsuitable. Users have round-the-clock access. It is run by the TYTY association, though membership is optional for workspace users.
