The company is part of the Kupari Data group and repairs and installs workstations, desktops, printers, POS systems and peripherals. Servicing is done on site or in the workshop, and there are separate services for local IT support and device lifecycle management. Rollout projects cover cash registers, computers and printers.
It holds warranty service authorisations from HP, Lenovo and Fujitsu, and its service and installation work also covers brands such as Ricoh and Kyocera. Customers are served in 10 locations and across Finland, and the group has about 50 specialists and makes over 3,000 customer visits a month.
