Specialising in detached houses and small residential buildings, the consultancy prepares structural and foundation drawings, load calculations and alterations to load-bearing structures. Building design covers permit drawings, layout and facade changes and extensions. Projects also include terraced houses, halls, holiday buildings, outbuildings, carports, terraces and kitchens.
Principal design, responsible site management, supervision and advisory visits are available throughout Finland. The owner is a building engineer with over ten years of design experience and FISE qualifications in V+ timber and V concrete structure design.
