Bread is made by hand from flour in the in-store bakery and raised with a sourdough starter. The range includes crusty loaves with a slightly moist interior, along with handmade cinnamon buns, doughnuts, sweet buns and Danish pastries. The chain's cakes and confectionery are created by head confectioner Eero Paulamäki.
The shop is inside the Stockmann department store. Custom layer cakes and pastries can be pre-ordered through the chain's online cake shop.
