The practice offers cognitive behavioural therapy for anxiety, panic disorder, depression and low self-esteem. Its specialities are panic disorder, social anxiety, fear of making mistakes, fear of blushing, obsessive-compulsive disorder and intrusive thoughts. The therapist is licensed in the UK and accredited by the BABCP, and uses a paradoxical CBT-based method and, as a psychiatric nurse, rehabilitative treatment methods.
A short, goal-focused intensive therapy is offered, which is not psychotherapy reimbursed by Kela, along with a monthly membership with guided sessions twice a week. There are also company training, workshops, a blog and an online shop with self-help materials, plus a downloadable book on overcoming panic disorder. Booking in advance is recommended, and a toilet is available.
