The house builder designs, manufactures and constructs move-in-ready house packages and custom homes using Finnish wood throughout. Four styles are offered: Trendi, Kaupunki, Perinne and Naturo. Sauna buildings, garages and carports are also available.
The office is in Dynamo Business Park. An in-house design service creates individual house models, and clients have a dedicated adviser. Project monitoring covers schedules, plans and floor-pour drying times. Some structural elements carry warranties of up to ten years. A house catalogue and builder's guide are provided.
