Established in 1987, the company provides construction supervision, client representation, renovation consulting and condition surveys in Pirkanmaa. Work includes façade, wet-room and window renovations and construction observer duties under the Housing Transactions Act.
Managing director Seppo Savela acts as project manager on every site. Clients include housing companies, homeowners and private individuals. The company handles permit and contract matters through to final inspection and also offers aerial site photography using a small drone.
