This aikido club is a registered non-profit association run by a board with a chair, vice chair, secretary and treasurer. It also has a data protection officer among its board roles.
Training takes place at the aikido hall of Nääshalli, part of the city's sports facilities. A junior coordinator is responsible for youth training.
