Supported housing is intended for adults over 18 with substance use or mental health rehabilitation needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Each resident develops a rehabilitation and service plan for independent daily living. The unit has 30 identical terraced studio flats with individual tenancy agreements.
The community is alcohol- and drug-free, with relapses handled through support. Referrals come through municipal mental health and substance use services, usually via a social worker. Prospective residents can visit before moving in. The entrance and parking are accessible.
