Founded in 1988, the association supports people worried about a loved one's mental health or substance use. It offers confidential advice for relatives, peer groups, courses, lectures and recreational activities. Groups are led by staff and peer facilitators.
Activities follow safer-space principles and confidentiality. Professionals and students can attend information sessions about work with relatives. The entrance and parking area are not wheelchair accessible.
You can share your experience of support for relatives in the comments to help others in a similar situation.
