This social enterprise supports people in a weak labour market position towards employment. It has held the Finnish Social Enterprise Mark since 2015. Its workshops offer guided activity, coaching and real assignments through which parts of vocational qualifications can be completed.
Services include guidance, rehabilitation and outreach youth work for different groups. The association also contributes to the national Social Enterprise Competence Centre, particularly on employment for people with partial work ability. The office is in Hatanpään Teollisuustalo.
