Founded in 1919, this swimming club focuses on competitive swimming and also runs recreational groups. Swimming schools cater for babies, children, young people, adults and special groups, with masters swimmers also competing. The club organises the Martti Ollgren memorial races and the open-water swim around Viikinsaari.
It has looked after Rauhaniemi public baths since they opened in 1929. Activities are concentrated at the swimming centre, with opportunities for family participation, volunteering and coaching.
