Established in 2012, the engineering consultancy investigates building condition and indoor air. Services include condition surveys under KH 90-00394 guidance, moisture measurements, thermal imaging, drain and pipe inspections, and hazardous substance surveys. It specialises in complex indoor air problems and repair design.
Design, supervision and energy certificates are also available. The main area is Pirkanmaa, with larger projects nationwide and abroad. A partner network supplements investigations at large sites. Staff hold engineering qualifications from technical universities and universities of applied sciences.
