This meat processing company is known for black pudding and sausages. It began in 1953 as a small workshop and moved to the Lielahti industrial area in 1975–1976. Products include black pudding, smoked sausages, grill sausages and ready-made home-style meals, plus a gluten-free black pudding launched in 2019 after long product development. Smoking uses nitrogen-based liquid smoke instead of wood chips, so no chimney is needed.
The family-owned company went through a fourth-generation succession in 2015, the same year it received its FSSC 22000 food safety certificate. It won the Junior Chamber's environmental award in 1999 for cutting emissions and was named a regional company of the century by Pirkanmaa's entrepreneurs' association. An older company page gives its staff as about 80. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
