The eco station run by municipal company Perämeren Jätehuolto accepts household waste that will not fit in ordinary bins. Accepted materials include hazardous waste, electrical appliances, untreated wood, metal, garden waste and cardboard, as well as mixed, construction and demolition waste.
Households use a customer card. Businesses can bring individual loads, while regular and large loads are directed to Jäkälä waste centre. Certain waste types require transfer documents, which can be provided on delivery or by email. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
