This recycling and waste reception point is run by Botniarosk, a waste management company owned by seven municipalities: Isojoki, Karijoki, Kaskinen, Kauhajoki, Kristiinankaupunki, Närpiö and the municipality where the station is located. The company provides municipal waste services in its area under the Waste Act, and its reception points serve residents and businesses.
A sorting guide and sorting advice by phone help with separating waste. Businesses can arrange collection through a waste transport company, and a materials marketplace is available for larger customers. Burnable waste has been renamed mixed waste, with the same contents. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
