The base of Metsästysseura Ajo ry includes a hunting lodge, sauna, washing facilities and game larder. Founded in 1946, the hunting club has about 180 members and leases roughly 12,000 hectares of hunting grounds.
Activities centre on the club's own half-hectare property at Härkäluhta. The club practises sustainable hunting, game management and dog-related activities. Shooting takes place at the local game management association's ranges.
