The Pentecostal congregation became independent in 1983, and its activity centre was dedicated that year. It is led by elders working with a preacher or evangelist, while a registered association handles finances and official matters.
Activities are supported by voluntary donations, volunteer work and fundraising sales. The congregation participates in a shared mission fund of North Karelia Pentecostal churches. The entrance, toilet and parking area are accessible.
