Vestia's sorting yard accepts household waste and occasional business loads. Loads are limited to a car trailer; larger quantities must pass through the weighbridge at Ylivieska waste centre.
The yard is self-service, with loads declared and paid for at a machine. Card payment is accepted, while registered businesses can pay by invoice. Staff help on Monday afternoons. Pre-sort waste and pack it in bin order. The yard temporarily closes below −25°C. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
