The village association brings together Huikko residents, former residents and holiday-home owners. The village has ski and hiking trails with huts and shelters, a skating rink used for summer sports and a beach with a campfire area.
Maja-Vakka can be hired for celebrations, meetings and events. The large hall seats about 100 and the smaller one about 20; the kitchen has tableware for 100, three fridges, two freezers, a combi oven and dishwasher. Wi-Fi, a projector, sound equipment and a defibrillator are available. A grill, tent, tables, benches and paella pan can also be hired. Parking is accessible.
