This vocational education provider in Lapland offers practical training for young people and adults. It is run by the Kemi-Tornionlaakso joint municipal authority, which also owns Lappia-Koulutus Oy. It offers vocational qualifications at basic, further and specialist stages, other further vocational training, apprenticeships and labour market training.
It also runs licence, competence and card trainings and competence tests, and tailors training for companies. Lappia Autokoulu trains truck, combination vehicle and bus drivers. Students produce bakery goods and other products. Applications are accepted all year, and campuses are in Kemi, Tervola, Muonio and Rovaniemi. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
