Diagnostics use manufacturer-specific and multi-brand testers, and air-conditioning service is done for R134a and R1234yf refrigerants. It is an official Carbon Clean service point, and diesel particulate filters are cleaned with a Carbon Clean DCS20 machine.
It uses Castrol and Mobil lubricants and original or equivalent spare parts, with a warranty on repairs and parts. A courtesy car is available during service, and KL Service Partner financing can be used. Partners include KL-Varaosat, Castrol, Mobil and Forte. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
