Winter ice floating takes place at the river mouth, while the sauna area has three saunas and outdoor pools. A kota restaurant serves Lapland cuisine for lunch and dinner by arrangement. Accommodation is available in Villa Merilinna, a former border guard base whose old log walls form part of the site's heritage alongside timber floating.
