The ice hall stands in the Putaa district, next to the sports hall and the swimming hall. It is used by the senior and junior teams of TIHC and by several local companies. The city organises weekly public skating sessions there. The hall can be converted into a concert venue for up to 3,000 spectators, with good acoustics.
Companies and groups can rent meeting rooms and sauna facilities, and TIHC handles the rentals and bookings. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
