Active since 2008, the family construction company builds detached and semi-detached houses and leisure buildings in Sea Lapland and renovates from demolition to finish. Services include principal design, permit drawings, timber structure design, FISE energy certificates and a RIL-qualified responsible site supervisor. Foundations and earthworks use its own excavator and tractor.
Interior design is offered across Finland. Written quotations are provided before contracting, with electrical and HVAC work subcontracted. Communication is also available in English and Swedish.
