The studio takes digital passport and ID photographs and sends them electronically to the permit administration system. Photos are also available for security guard cards and weapon handling permits, on paper and for some countries' visas. Young children can also be photographed.
Passport and ID applications can be submitted using the photo code online or at the studio's customer terminal. Rejected photos are retaken. Customers can book and pay online in advance and receive a phone reminder. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible, and there is no accessible seating, accessible toilet or hearing loop.
