Built in 2018, the 15-place integrated housing unit is based in an apartment building. Residents live independently in accessible apartments of about 32.5 m² with glazed balconies. Staff are available around the clock for support, and the accommodation suits people using multiple assistive devices.
Shared spaces include a residents' room, laundry with washing and drying machines, exercise room and sauna. The yard has raised growing beds. Physiotherapy is offered in the gym, at home or in a pool. Pets are welcome, and the property and yard are smoke-free. Parking and the entrance are wheelchair accessible.
