There is no reception desk: rooms are booked online or in the chain's app, and customer service answers the phone around the clock. A pre-purchased breakfast is served at the partner Espresso House café less than 100 metres away, and food can be delivered via Wolt and Foodora. The hotel is non-smoking and accessible, but there is no parking and pets are not allowed.
