Built around 1948 for food processing and storage, the building reopened as offices after a full renovation in 2013. It has about 17,500 square metres of lettable space and meeting and event rooms for up to 150 people. Sodexo caters meeting packages, while the on-site Fiskarholmen restaurant serves lunch.
A weekday lobby café offers coffee, refreshments and small snacks. Guests and tenants can use a gym and sauna facilities with a lookout terrace and outdoor hot tub. Parking is available. The entrance, parking, seating and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
