This work and organisational psychology consultancy has been run by a single entrepreneur, Sari Rothberg (MSc in Psychology), since 2013. She is a certified Business Coach and personality and competence assessor, and also works as a process consultant. Services include business and career coaching, typically 3 or 6 month processes with goals set at the start, plus development work such as current-state surveys, management and leadership development, and work community and team development.
Workshops and training for supervisors and work communities are offered as single days or longer processes. Leadership team work covers team dynamics and psychological safety. Tools include WorkPlace Big Five and WOPI assessments, custom surveys and 360-degree feedback, and mediation is available for workplace conflicts.
