This cognitive psychotherapist graduated in 2017 and works mainly with adolescents and young adults. He previously spent about ten years as a psychiatric nurse in youth psychiatry. He is qualified for Kela rehabilitation psychotherapy and sees adults aged 18 to 67 and young people aged 13 to 17.
The practice offers single consultations as well as short-term and long-term therapy. It treats anxiety, depression, relationship problems, low self-esteem, panic attacks, phobias and obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and also works with sleep difficulties, suicidal thoughts and questions of gender or sexual identity. Neuropsychiatric patients and child welfare clients are also seen. Sessions are mainly held at the clinic, though some may take place outside it, for example practising social situations. Booking ahead is recommended, and Kela travel compensation can be applied for. A toilet is available.
