Operating since 2006, the electrical fault service is available around the clock every day of the year. Its electricians hold the qualifications required by Finnish electrical safety law, and the company is authorised to perform work normally reserved for network utility electricians.
Jobs are booked by phone only; electrical repair advice is not given over the phone. Urgent installations include lights, sauna heaters, cookers, ovens, fridges and sockets. Follow-up work after an emergency visit can be arranged separately. Customers can ask about the Finnish household tax deduction on invoices.
