This island in the archipelago is a recreational area of the city, reached by passenger ferry. It has a café-restaurant with a daytime lunch menu and an à la carte list for adults and children, a kiosk and a safe swimming beach. Saunas, boats and canoes can be rented, and the rental cottages and tent or guest-harbour accommodation offer 87 beds in total. The guest harbour has about 15 to 30 berths for visiting boats. Summer theatre performances are held on the island.
Hiking, rowing and paddling are possible, and a lookout point on a rock stands about 27 metres above sea level. The island was once a hiding place for smugglers. A sauna cabin with a fireplace room suits meetings and team days for about 12 to 20 people. Seating, the entrance and the toilet are wheelchair accessible.
