This Finnish consultancy, founded in 2010, helps companies improve their operations, processes and management. Its training covers Lean and Six Sigma courses: Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean and Design for Six Sigma. Consulting spans continuous improvement, leadership development, management systems and the design of development programmes. Lean methods are applied to both production and service development, including Hoshin Kanri strategy deployment.
Training runs online, on site or in a hybrid format, also in English. Besides tailored company programmes there are shared multiclient Lean courses. Development support is also given day to day, working alongside staff. Clients are mainly in Finland and the Baltic Sea region, with some work in Europe, Asia and the USA.
