Housing services support people experiencing long-term homelessness and other vulnerable people. Options include supported living, community and enhanced supported housing, and emergency accommodation. The Housing First approach treats a secure home as the starting point for social rehabilitation. Most homes are studios that residents can furnish themselves.
Clients are generally referred through a wellbeing services county's social services or substance use and mental health services. Home-delivered support can include a personal support worker. Outpatient substance use services are provided by subsidiary Suuntasi Päihdepalvelut Oy.
