Available since 2008, building thermography supports heat leak detection, renovation planning, condition checks and construction quality control. Underfloor heating pipes and cables can be located without opening structures. Sites include homes, industrial halls, schools, daycare centres, shelters and churches.
The thermographer holds Eurofins Expert Services personal certification and ITC Level 1 qualification and uses a calibrated FLIR T420bx camera. Quality-control imaging requires at least a ten-degree indoor-outdoor temperature difference. Services cover Southern Finland, including archipelago properties, with a 24-hour urgent callout service.
