This fitness and wellness centre is for women only. It offers gym use, group exercise classes, personal trainer coaching, massage and childcare, as well as X-TONE and X-CRYO services. For members, childcare and the infrared sauna are free, and a personal key card gives access around the clock.
Companies can book exercise packages for employees, held at the club or at the company's own premises. Fitness testing with muscle tests and TANITA body composition measurement is available for companies, along with wellness days for staff. Parking is free, but the entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
