This art museum is in the former home and studio of the painter Pekka Halonen on the shore of Lake Tuusulanjärvi. The red timber house was home to the large Halonen family. The exhibition Pyhä luonto (Sacred Nature) traces nature views from Halonen's landscapes to contemporary artists. The museum belongs to the Tuusulanjärvi museum group, which also includes Ainola, Ahola and Aleksis Kivi's death cottage.
Public guided tours are held, and group tours can be booked in connection with a visit. The Museum Card and Kaikukortti are accepted, and children under 18 enter free. The car park is wheelchair accessible, but the entrance is not.
