Founded in 2023, the karate club teaches children, young people and adults karate and self-defence in the Funakoshi Shotokan Karate Association style. Members can train recreationally or work towards competition.
Groups cover beginners, coloured belts and black belts, with sessions at local schools. Instructors hold FSKA Dan grades. Training follows Gichin Funakoshi's twenty precepts and Dojo Kun principles.
